A book for children ages 3-8 that will awaken their love for nature and open their eyes for the many coincidental and interesting experiences offered by flora and fauna. In her seasonal stories the author (a biologist and botanist) lovingly shows her granddaughter the exciting land of great adventures – the nature in front of her doorstep – including information children can easily absorb. The appendix offers colouring pictures, puzzles, animal jokes and recipes.
